Allan professionally facilitates Leadership, Management and Team Building workshops for Consultasia’s corporate and government clients. He also specializes in Strategic Planning, Change Management and Organizational Development.

His wealth of experience as an HR, Training and OD corporate executive in the Retail, Real Estate, BPO, Insurance, Telecom and FMCG industries for 20 years made him an effective Management Consultant and Coach for multinational corporations and SME’s.

He graduated Magna cum Laude from the Philippine Dominican House of Studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.

Allan designed a teambuilding workshop based on Sun Tzu’s Art of War, using paintball as the primary activity. He was a former officer in the Philippine Society for Training Development and was involved in CSR activities with Gawad Kalinga.
