Donna’s areas of expertise are Montessori Education, Organization Development, and Online Communications. Her original content includes but are not limited to: Montessori for the Workplace, Frontline Management, Professional Relationship Management (Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management, Time Management), and Work from Home Basics.
Her clients are primarily based in the US and the Philippines.
She has 19 years combined professional experience from Consulting, Education, BPO, Travel Management, and Life Insurance. She also served as Montessori Guide for 7 years, Assistant Director, Program Coordinator and HR Benefits Administrator for 8 locations of a Montessori School based in the Bay Area in California.
Donna graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines. She has also earned graduate units in Psychology before she made a move to Montessori Education. She has earned a Diploma and an American Montessori Society (AMS) credential for Early Childhood Education from the Montessori Teacher Education Center, San Francisco, U.S.A. She is currently a scholar of the pilot class of the AMS Instructor Academy.
In her spare time, she spends time reading (or listening to podcasts about) history and scripture. She also writes to her future self and frequently receives reminders from her younger self. She prefers paperbacks over e-books, especially books written by Madeleine L’engle, Simon Sinek, Brene Brown, and Adam Grant. She sets aside time for church ministry as a DGroup Leader. For her, a pint of ice cream is a vacation.
